§ 1 Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders placed through our shop to consumers (§13 BGB).

§ 2 Contracting Parties & Contract Formation

The contracting party is Milaluna Home.

By clicking "Order with obligation to pay", you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email.

§ 3 Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.

Payment is made via (e.g., PayPal, SEPA, credit card); due upon contract conclusion.

§ 4 Delivery & Retention of Title

Delivery time: approx. 3–5 business days.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (§355 BGB).

The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g., letter, email) is sufficient.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

After return, refund will be made within 14 days – using the same payment method.

§ 6 Warranty

In case of defects, statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 7 Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. In other cases, only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

§ 8 Final Provisions

Contract language: German.

Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder remains valid.
